International Cooperation & Exchange
Suzhou University of Science and Technology (SUST) has consistently emphasized the opening-up of its education to the outside by unceasingly expanding its vision of running the school and actively intensifying its exchanges and cooperation with overseas institutions of higher education. It has established relationships with more than 80 universities and colleges worldwide, including the universities and colleges in the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Denmark, Finland, Norway etc., and has been actively engaged in joint training and inter-school programs, such as student exchanges, credit articulation programs and dual-degree programs. It also has developed staff training, mutual teaching exchanges, as well as academic and scientific cooperation and collaboration with the partner universities.
Joint-Degree Programs
SUST launches several joint-degree programs, cooperated with the University of South Wales (USW), UK, in framework of Sino-foreign cooperative program approved by the Ministry of Education of China. The programs aim to develop globally aware citizens equipped with the skills and cultural understanding that is essential in today’s globalised economy. After having fulfilled the academic requirements, students can receive degree certificates issued by both SUST and USW.

China Aid Programs
Entrusted by the state government, Suzhou University of Science and Technology (SUST) has been a provider of China Aid training & education program for developing countries since 1993.
It holds the international training courses or seminars on Environmental Protection and Logistics Management annually, to train technological, managerial and administrative personnel for Asian, African, European, American and Oceania countries and regions. These training courses have received more than 2000 participants from over 120 countries.
Since 2015, SUST has been included in the first batch of universities undertaking diploma and degree education in framework of China Aid programs, and started to offer two-year master’s degree programs.
