The intelligent transformation and digital transformation have been achieved in all the industrial enterprises above designated size in Suzhou. In 2023, the first batch of 22 characteristic industrial parks for digital economy were cultivated and constructed and the f irst provincial blockchain evaluation center was established. The city witnessed three new national "digital leading" enterprises and three new national intelligent manufacturing demonstration factories. By the end of 2023, there were a total of 16 national-level industrial Internet "dual-cross" platforms in an accumulative manner. The first local national-level industrial Internet "dual-cross" platform was launched in the city. Sixteen new provincial-level intelligent factories were added as well as 160 new provincial-level demonstration intelligent workshops and 22 new provincial-level leading service institutions.
Suzhou has a total of 7 global "lighthouse factories", ranking first in the whole country.
