Southeast University-Monash University Joint Graduate School Suzhou (JGS), approved by the Chinese Ministry of Education in 2012 (approval number: MOE32AUA02DNR20121197N), is now the 1st and only Sino-foreign cooperative institution in China to offer world-competitive English instructed graduate programs. The students who complete the two-year double masters programs receive degrees from both Southeast University and Monash University and who complete the PhD programs receive degrees jointly offered by parent universities.
Both Southeast University (SEU) and Monash University (Monash) are recognised as among the leading universities in China and Australia with a national and international reputation for research and teaching excellence (Monash ranked consistently among the top 100 universities in the world).
